Dr Susan Hill is a medical doctor specialising in Occupational Medicine. While as an undergraduate in university, Susan was the winner of the Blayney prize for finishing first in her class in her final year. She went on to train in Internal Medicine becoming a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (RCPI) before completing the Specialist Registrar training scheme in Occupational Medicine to become a Member and subsequently a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine RCPI. Susan has a Diploma in Safety Health and Welfare at Work from UCC, a course which she now lectures in part-time, and also lectures on the MSc in Occupational Health at UCC. Susan’s special interest areas are in workplace mental health, stress, reproductive health and occupational cancer.
