How can the service help?

Our DayOne+ service supports you from Day One, complementing your Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), physiotherapy provision and other support systems.

After the absentee calls their line manager/ HR on Day One of absence, there is a simple four step process.

We also improve communications between employees and line managers by having potentially difficult conversations on your behalf. At all times, our case managers will keep you informed, with consistent, clear reporting.
