FAQs
Can I specify which type of appointment I would like to refer an employee for?
Yes, appointment type (in person/telephone/video) can be specified on the referral form or in the referral information text box for a request for a follow up appointment.
Can I have more than one referring manager?
Yes, multiple referring managers can be added as portal users
If I want to book a follow up review, must I submit form again?
No, once the initial appointment is completed on Meddbase, you can press the request follow up button to request a follow up appointment.
What if an employee does not already exist on the portal?
You can register a new employee at any time by clicking on ‘create new employee’.
*all employees that have been referred to us since March 2022 should already exist on the portal*
Can I change my contact preferences on the portal?
Yes, once logged into the portal, click on ‘my account’ on the top right-hand corner of the screen; here you can manage your notification and contact preferences.
