HOW CAN THE SERVICE HELP?

Our DayOne+ service can help from Day One, assisting with the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), Physiotherapy etc.

After the absentee employee calls their line manager/ HR on Day One of absence, there is a simple four step process.

We also improve communications between employees and line managers by stepping in to have those potentially difficult conversations. At all times, our case managers will keep your management informed, with consistent, clear reporting.
